The Franklin County Detention Center is located on the same property as the sheriff’s office, and Theresa Qualls is the Jail Administrator. Video visitation is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and inmates are given two 30-minute visits, for a total of 1 hour per week. Additional visits are $7.50 each.
