The detention center is also located on the premises with the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office, and the Chief Deputy of Detention is Scott Hassell. Visitation with inmates is from Sunday through Wednesday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. All visitation is by video, and inmates may only have one visit per day, with a maximum of 2 visits per week. All visits require appointments, and the inmate is responsible for scheduling the visit.
