The Dale County Jail is located on Adams Street in Ozark, and the Jail Administrator is Captain Ron Nelson. The jail typically houses less than 100 inmates, and inmates can receive visitors only on Sundays. Male inmates can receive visitors from 12 pm to 2 pm, female inmates can receive visitors from 2:30 pm to 3 pm, and trustees can receive visitors from 3 pm to 3:30 pm.

Visitation is done through video, and is available every day of the week, at various times. Visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, and visits can only be a maximum of 30 minutes.
