    Sending funds to inmates

Kimbles Services provides inmate commissary.  An account is set up for each inmate after they are booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center.  The inmate is issued a commissary number.  Money can be added to the inmate’s commissary by:

Using the commissary kiosk machine located in the lobby of the jail.  A list of inmates and their commissary numbers is posted on the side of the commissary kiosk machine. If you do not find the name of the inmate in which you want to leave money for, you can obtain the commissary number from the Sheriff’s Office.  The commissary kiosk is a touch screen machine. When using the kiosk machine, you should enter either the inmate’s commissary number or their name and date of birth.
